Everyone is very nice and pleasant! They always explain everything they are doing (even if it's not your first time there). I made the switch to this dental office about 3 years ago and so very glad I did!

I enjoy my visits to Grand Oaks because we are treated like family. My children and I all get our teeth cleaned around the same time. Ever since my oldest was about 3 years old, she felt comfortable with the team to get her teeth cleaned alone while mine were being cleaned. That should say a lot about the team there and about my children’s security in them.

Best experience I have ever had with a dentist. I used to be a little afraid of going to the dentist due to some past experiences, but no more! Dr. Cannick and her staff are wonderful. They are extremely organized. They explain every step to you and constantly check with you during procedures to make sure you are ok and not having any pain or discomfort. Would highly recommend them to others and will certainly continue to leave all my dental needs to them.

This has been only my second visit to Grand Oaks dental since moving to SC and I’m finding that it’s always a pleasure to come for my dental services. Of course there was excellent service and I always get wonderful information about my dental health at my visit. But I was shocked that my hygienist, Angela, and Dr. Cannick both remembered details that I shared with them on my first visit. I felt very special and I can tell that they genuinely care about all of their patients. Thank you.
