Terrible costumer service. My friend and I have been looking for an apartment to move into within the next 2 months and have toured many apartment complexs… except this one. This place was originally at the top of our list, but after calling multiple days in a row at different times and not getting connected to a single person one time, we were slightly turned off. if you want to live with a lot of latinos in a trailer park, choose this place because whenever you open the window or look out you hear nothing but mexican music, screaming, trash and car service these people are doing business repairing cars in the parking lot where we got a $70 fine for leaving a tire next to the car in the empty parking lot overnight these people are blocking the road and basically doing business repairing cars here and no one is doing anything! This is the worst place to reside it is very unorganized. There’s always random fees added onto the rent. No one ever answers the front office when you’re calling to question them about the rent. They don’t appreciate the people that are supporting them and it’s honestly disgusting that we worked so hard and are spending our money with them and they can’t take 10 seconds out their day to answer a phone that’s in Their desk Do better.
By far the worst to live, management will ignore your phone calls, maintenance will show up 4 days late to complete a work order, and there is a huge pest problem part of the reason is because trash will be sitting in the halls for days,even though you’re being charged for trash pickup WHICH IS A JOKE. When you are looking for a place to live just skip over this one for sure. By the way be sure you’re ready for constant parties and huge crowds at the pool every weekend.
