The owners of this property DO NOT CARE about their tenants. This is strictly a money grab for them at all costs. They don’t pour any of the money they make back into the community whatsoever. BLACK MOLD ALERT. Do not live here. This apartment complex allowed BLACK MOLD TO COLLECT IN THE ENTIRE APARTMENT WITH A CHILD LIVING THERE. BLACK MOLD. THE ENTIRE APARTMENT. THEY GAVE THE RUN AROUND AND TRIED TO FORCE THE TENETS TO STAY FOR MONTHS ALLOWING IT TO GROW AND ENDANGER A BABY. THIS APARTMENT WILL HAVE TO BE TORN DOWN BECAUSE IT WAS IN THE ENTIRE APARTMENT.
Terrible costumer service. My friend and I have been looking for an apartment to move into within the next 2 months and have toured many apartment complexs… except this one. This place was originally at the top of our list, but after calling multiple days in a row at different times and not getting connected to a single person one time, we were slightly turned off. if you want to live with a lot of latinos in a trailer park, choose this place because whenever you open the window or look out you hear nothing but mexican music, screaming, trash and car service these people are doing business repairing cars in the parking lot where we got a $70 fine for leaving a tire next to the car in the empty parking lot overnight these people are blocking the road and basically doing business repairing cars here and no one is doing anything!
