Carpets were SATURATED and pooling with ANIMAL URINE for SIX MONTHS from previous tenant in both bedrooms!! It nearly killed my cat, incurring $11k of charges from 5 hospitalizations and 2 surgeries directly related to the ammonia buildup in his system. Meanwhile we were forced to live in an apartment with dripping w/ zoonotic disease and parasites while being forced to pay full price to do so. They had no remorse!!! I've been living at this place for 2 years now it's going down the drain it literally has turned into the projects. Trash everywhere and dog shit. I've been here a whole two years in the gate has never worked paying almost $2,000 to live in the projects
This apartment is owned by WestShore, I’ve lived here for 3 years, that company cares about human lives as little as an exterminator cares about placing ant killer. I have had the office tell me they can’t accept certified funds such as money order as an acceptable payment method despite it being IN my renters agreement specifically stating I can pay rent with certified funds which is standard NATIONALLY, the company is out for profits alone and could not care less about anything you have going on unless it’s paying them mor... read more

And you know it, and how pathetic of you to sit on here and LIE when there are hundreds of other pictures of how nasty you all keep that dumpster besides mine dating back YEARS.
