And you know it, and how pathetic of you to sit on here and LIE when there are hundreds of other pictures of how nasty you all keep that dumpster besides mine dating back YEARS. I love it here very peaceful. The staff is wonderful.
The actual room is fine. The leasing offices availability to work with us is terrible. I’ve called more than 10x and there is no one answering the phone on a work day. We have a severe trash problem in our building, people are littering and there needs to be something done about this. This is an update. They never answer the phone during business hours. This is very unprofessional
DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT RENT HERE. Dont ignore the bad reviews on here as well as mine. I was a tenant here from April 2024-August 2025. Let me outline my issues with this community. 1. The owners of this property DO NOT CARE about their tenants. This is strictly a money grab for them at all costs. They don’t pour any of the money they make back into the community whatsoever. BLACK MOLD ALERT. Do not live here. This apartment complex allowed BLACK MOLD TO COLLECT IN THE ENTIRE APARTMENT WITH A CHILD LIVING THERE. BLACK MOLD. THE ENTIRE APARTMENT. THEY GAVE THE RUN AROUND AND TRIED TO FORCE THE TENETS TO STAY FOR MONTHS ALLOWING IT TO GROW AND ENDANGER A BABY. THIS APARTMENT WILL HAVE TO BE TORN DOWN BECAUSE IT WAS IN THE ENTIRE APARTMENT.
