KEEP LOOKING Management is never here, doesn't answer phones or respond to email. They are charging way over the average price per square foot (it's 0.92 and they want 1.2-1.4). Should have heeded the other review as the place is CRAWLING with black mold. Floors are soft and cave in. Ex Tenant Black mold in every apartment, drug users live in most of the units, i took pictures of tenants smoking meth beside the dumpsters that were next to my apartment and showed them to Caline the manager but she never dis anything about it. Pet deposit is $500 non-refundable. This is the worst apartments I have ever lived in and want to inform everyone before they decide to move there. My dog and I got really sick from all the black mold.
