Wow is all I can say!! I called and made an appointment with Alana and I wanted to go blonder for summer. My hair was a hot mess with mostly red streaks in it. Alana was soooo patient dealing with my mess. I enjoyed our conversations and my awesome rants lol. She took the time to do what I wanted and made me look beautiful. It has been a long time coming.
