We’ve been renting here for almost a year and we plan on renewing our lease! The manager and assistant are very nice and always answer any questions we have. I love the location. We’re close to grocery stores and parks.
Just met the Assistant Manager Margaret today! She's very bubbly and super helpful. I would highly recommend checking out the Grand Oaks Apartments.

This place was okay for an apartment in the beginning… but let me tell you the communication between literally anyone is NOT there. The MOLD is the worst I’ve ever seen mold be and it shows up in the worst places. I have been sick for so long( mostly grows everywhere in kitchen) tells us we have to deal with it but Oregon law states it’s their job. Managers come and go so fast you don’t even know who is here.
