I’ve lived in apartments my whole life and I’ve never met such professional, personable and caring management. Margret does such an amazing job taking over for Kelly. The maintenance tech Jason handles requests super quick. They both have been doing a great job communicating with our complex. The grounds are kept nice, the energy is super friendly. We’ve been renting here for almost a year and we plan on renewing our lease! The manager and assistant are very nice and always answer any questions we have. I love the location. We’re close to grocery stores and parks.
Just met the Assistant Manager Margaret today! She's very bubbly and super helpful. I would highly recommend checking out the Grand Oaks Apartments.

This place was okay for an apartment in the beginning… but let me tell you the communication between literally anyone is NOT there. The MOLD is the worst I’ve ever seen mold be and it shows up in the worst places. I have been sick for so long( mostly grows everywhere in kitchen) tells us we have to deal with it but Oregon law states it’s their job. Managers come and go so fast you don’t even know who is here.
