She did my feet so beautifully, asked every step of the way if things were okay and if I was satisfied. Would HIGHLY recommend
Needed a manicure and they were convenient and able to take me immediately as a walk in. One other customer was getting a pedicure then sat down next to me for her manicure. The 2 employees spoke which each other the whole time in Spanish. I asked for squoval and got square. No big deal. They will grow. The main issue was the price. For a basic manicure, it was $35. No gel. No ANC. Just my nails and polish. No price list on their FB page.
I went into Grand Nail Salon in East Greenbush asking for a simple gel polish change on my acrylic nails and to have them shortened. I had just gotten a fill here a week ago, so I did not need another one. The technician took a very long time filing my nails down, then started soaking them. When I asked what she was soaking them in, she pointed to a bottle of acetone. I explained that I did not want my nails taken off, just the polish changed. What a delightful salon ! The interior is bright & filled with light, immaculately clean. All of the staff were cheerful & friendly. Paula did a perfect job of my mani/pedi. I will go back , no doubt about it.
This is one of the best salons in the area in my opinion. They took their time and checked in with me throughout the process to make sure I liked how my nails were turning out. It’s very clean and peaceful. No one was yelling over each other or rushing around. It seemed like no matter which nail tech you got they would take their time. If you’re looking for cheap and quick, this is not the place. They are fairly priced for the time and effort they’re putting in to each set. I will definitely be back!
