Today I had one of the most uncomfortable and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had at a nail salon. When I walked in, the salon was almost empty — only a few Caucasian women being serviced. I politely asked if they had time for a full set and a pedicure. The employee acted as though she couldn’t hear me, so I moved closer. She finally responded that they could only do a pedicure. My usual nail place was fully booked today so I called to see if they could fit me in for a gel pedi and A&C with tips. They said absolutely and I drove right in. This was the cleanest salon I’ve ever been in. Everyone was so incredibly friendly. I arrived at 6:30 and they close at 8 pm. I did not feel rushed one bit! They stayed until after close to give me the full treatment and assure I was satisfied.
