Great place they helped me out a lot. They answered any and all of my questions. They took away all of my worries about purchasing a used vehicle. I highly recommend that you get your next vehicle at this dealership.
It appears that I am among the lucky few that did not purchase a vehicle from this dealership. My 2two stars are for friendly greeting, and time spent with me. My issue is the bait and switch tactics. One price is listed on line, but they add an additional $3000.00 for "Grand Care" which is basically, prepping the vehicle for sale.I went to see a ****** that had a decent price on-line but was three thousand dollars more when I drove there.That is Bait and switch Apparently people are paying it. First, I would like to say if I knew there were so many negative reviews on this dealership I would have looked the other way fast. However, I made the awful mistake of trusting to many alpha males. To the person who called me about my review and left me a VM, I called you back 3 times, for 3 people to say they dont know who are. We purchased a 2021 vehicle. We noticed an issue during the test drive. They assured us it would be fixed before we picked it up. It was not. 3 trips total and it was finally fixed! The salesman was good. But the mechanics do not do a thorough inspection. On my way home, i found that the drivers door did not fully latch. It came open while driving. Sold car that would not pass emissions but I'm lucky to find an mechanic that resolved my problem also rep+ ***** and *****. Also they offer a 2 year service plan iirc.
Bought a car three weeks ago that already broke down. Could not get ahold of sales manager or service. They finally towed the car with no update. Still have yet to give me a loaner. Sales manager has blocked communication with me, saying shes done all she could. Do not buy a car here.
I was sold a vehicle for about 6000 dollars. 1500 miles later, I figure out it requires about 4200 dollars worth of repairs.
