This place cancels appointments with zero notice. Like you're signed in and have been waiting and the doctor isn't even there.

If you can go anywhere else for mental health care treatment or for medical treatment, please do so! This facility often sends your meds incorrectly, or not at all. They can never seem to get their stuff together. The left and right hands of this facility never knows what the other is doing and doesn't seem to communicate with one another, or the patients/caregivers. No one takes accountability for their actions, or lack thereof, at this facility and is always pointing the finger of blame onto other departments or personnel ... read more

I wouldn’t give this place one star, but that’s the lowest I can give them. Unfortunately I came in to seek impatient services and was turned away because I did not meet requirements due to some scale I have never heard of and have been inpatient before and the scale was not used on me whoever the therapist is named Scott is needs better training. He acted like he did not know what to do during the whole process and I do feel he was very ignorant. Clearly they will hire anybody who claims to be a “therapist” terrible custome... read more

3 times I've been to grsnds been told yes for help then turned away because of insurance you can't trust this company with your mental health or sobriety if you are told yes you can bet it's a lie
