It was our first time staying at this hotel in March 2014. We had a great room, alittle spendy but no regrets!! The only thing that we weren't happy with was the landing pads on the inside kiddy waterpark. My husband and my 5 yr old son each got there feet and legs cut up when they got to the bottom of the waterslide, not just little cuts they had to leave the pool and come back to the room because of the blood. Other then that we liked it and will go back in the winter, just hope they read this and get that fixed!!!!!

Got denied our room after calling and reserving months in advanced because being 21 wasn't old enough. Where else do you need to be 23 to rent a room??? Nobody called to notify us and there is nothing on the website stating you need to be 23 to rent. What a great start to my vacation!! Horrible!!!

We have never had a problem. The employees were always friendly and helpful to us. Have been going here for a number of years.
