Worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. I asked for the Grand Lux Deluxe Pedicure, which is supposed to take about 45 minutes. Instead, it dragged on for over two hours. I told the tech, Linda, not to cut my nails too short — she did it anyway. I asked for overlays, and she changed the shape completely, then filed them down so short it looked like I didn’t even have overlays. I have been in different nail places in Houston, until I discovered Grand Lux here in Holcombe close to my work, and I can say this is the right place to do your nails. I always look for Teresa, she is the most amazing nail tech ever!!!! I love the way she works… paying attention to details. She always takes her time and not rushing. I am not going anywhere else.

I don’t think I’ll be coming back. I requested a 35 minute pedicure and I was in there for 1.25 hours. They filled up the foot bath with lukewarm water and left me there for 20 minutes, in still water. It was very weird and awkward. Then halfway through the pedicure, the lady working on me disappeared for another 20 minutes and I was sitting in dirty water (she washed her tools in there) for that entire time.
