RecommendedI love everything - movies - menus - the environment is beautiful and inviting !! service is great ! I do wish they would offer a domestic beer like coors light - I do like there ruby and love they have there own but nice for some peeps that don’t want flavored beer :) can’t wait for nice weather and eat out on lawn or enjoy a fire !! My husband and I have been to many of the McMenamins restaurants, hotels, bars, etc This weekend was our valentine weekend away. When I booked my reservation I booked the valentine package which online said a bottle of Edgefield sparkling wine,2 wine flutes, flowers and chocolates! So that's what I was expecting, but when I got to my room no flowers or chocolates! And there where flyers up every where and on all the tables in the ironworks restaurant stating the above. McMenamins never disappoints. LOVE LOVE LOVE
The place was built in 1922 and still has a lot of that yesteryear vibe. The walls are decorated with people who were influential to the community. They also have whimsical writings on the walls from little known authors/poets. Hidden rooms that are accessed by finding the hidden doors along the walls. Just a fun place to be
All water in the room stopped working. Extra loud neighbors. Usually love this place but not tonight!
It’s a McMenamins, their style is unique, the atmosphere is one of a kind. This location is fabulous for that.
