I go here about once a month & although service can be slow, the servers are always nice. Tonight I tried the clam chowder & my $4.50 cup was like water! I told the waitress it was awful & she just took it away without a word & I was still charged. Not sure I’ll be going back. Fine, charge me, but at least offer to tell the kitchen it was bad.
RecommendedVery laid back vibe with nice outdoor patio and fire pit. Happy hour is a great deal, too.

Off the charts awesome! We love the different McMenamin’s pubs and hotels, but this one is my new favorite. The food options are slightly different from the other places and the grounds are a lot of fun. The hotel must be seen!

We waited over 2 hours after being seated for 3 bowls of clam chowder & fries. Are waitress put our order in with another tables & then had to come back & ask what we had ordered. Waitress was very rude when we asked for drink refills or where are food was. Very dissatisfied & disappointed.

RecommendedDon't expect the full blown "McMenamins experience" here, this is more like a McMenamins lite - that isn't to say they don't serve amazing food and great beers! they just don't have the full McMenamins menu as you would expect for instance no steamer clams or steak bites. that being said there's rarely if ever a wait here compared to most McMenamins where at least a 15 minute wait is the norm. A great place to stop by and have a beer after work or catch a quick bite to eat without having to deal with a wait.
