We were served our food asked if we needed anything else by the waitress, we replied ketchup and waited 5 minutes before asking another waiter if we could get the ketchup we had asked for he walked off and we waited for 3 more minutes before my husband got up and walked back to the kitchen and yelled can I please get the ketchup that I have now asked for twice.
