Everyone in this office is so kind and personable, and professional. Thank you Dr.Jamali, Dr Coston and staff for making my visit and treatment so comfortable and successful!
Dr. Jamali was super sweet and patient with me. I issue with the xray and the needles going into my nerve. They gave me breaks and waited for me to calm down because the dentist makes me very anxious. The xray tech, Cheri, was also so sweet and patient. I will defiantly be going back.
Very poor service, lack of comunicación we waited so long and there wasn't even more than 3 ppl in the waiting area when we arrived all assistants walked in and out the room looking lost before doctor got to see my mom. Management is rude by the way! Never again.
I love everyone there! I had a bad accident and everyone from the front desk to the dental team and the ortho team have been so awesome! I laugh the whole time!!
I've used grand lakes dental since I moved into the area, staff are great, but I've been in for the same tooth 6 times now! Crowns break, don't fit, come off, and I get the pleasure of having to have a root canal done since the 2 previous doctors can't get it right! The inconvenience is annoying and now my crown has broken in 2 in 3months! I work and pay my insurance fees and expect better service as do my customers!! Disappointing
If u cherish yours time . Please find another dentist .they cancal my kids appointment not once but twice without any noticed.just a reminder . Hey grand lake dental we are working parents too. And remember u are not the only dental offices in Katy
I had an amazing experience here. The staff was very kind and my appointment went quickly and effortlessly well. Dr. Shah did an great job explaining my dental problems and was quick and thorough fixing me up. The dental assistant and hygienist were careful with the x-rays and cleaning since I am a bit sensitive. I highly recommend this office and will be going again.
