The team at Grand Lake Dental are truly the best! They are always prompt, courteous, and friendly! Dr. Jobst makes it all work! I highly recommend this remarkable practice for all your dental needs!
Went in to have a tooth pulled yesterday, they took x-rays. Came back today to get my teeth cleaned they want more X-rays. They've got lots of excuses why but it's bull. They've got x-rays from my past visits they got yesterday's x-rays but that's not good enough to get my teeth cleaned I'm tired of getting it in the rear from the so-called white-collar professionals that are trying to justify their bogus college education. Do yourself a favor and find a respectable dentist.
With all the business these dentists have why is it that they can't schedule you within half an hour of you actually being seen by the dentist. Then you get three minutes of attention which is all that's required to address your issue and you spend two hours in the dentist's office. Any other decent trade in the universe could not get away with that bull !!! When are people going to stand up and say no?
I have been coming here since I was 7, I'm 23 now and I would not go any where else. Even when I moved to Texas, I came all the way back to see dr jobst. That should tell you how great dr jobst is.
I don't normally do reviews or link the 2 words great and dental. However, at Grand Lake Dental I do. Went in for my dental cleaning and left with a smile. Joanne was great, she was gentle but thorough. Everyone was so nice. Beautiful offices. Fantastic view to put you at ease. Loved it.
I have never been to a Dentist where I came away so happy about it! But Dr. Jobst and his staff were so helpful and communicative to me. Sincerely, I can't imagine even one thing I could say was missing or needed about the way I was cared for. They went out of their way to be attentive and caring. The office is beautifully decorated and modern and the people are even greater than the building! I will never need to go to another Dentist for the rest of my life!
I have extremely bad anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. They always help me feel comfortable and, they are very kind and have the most friendly staff. They go above and behind to do what they can to help me be comfortable. I've never had such a great customer service from staff and the dentist. I would highly recommend to anyone! Amazing group of people!
