Great staff, very friendly and knowledgeable! I’m not sure who the black haired woman is that got the bad review but it couldn’t be this location! Their customer service is the best in town for supply houses
I was in there last week I and I will never go back and support this supply house. I can get my supplies somewhere where they don’t hire rude entitled females. The long black hair girl with the tattoos works there. She is rude and was talking very inappropriate. I will be letting all of my hvac friends know to go elsewhere. There’s no need to be treated so rude when I’m there as a customer. Hopefully the owner or management actually look at this and do something about her.
