Worst experience I have ever had this Saturday the 19th the parts counterperson was so rude on the phone I will not be coming back. We as the consumers pay your paycheck and you need to teach that man some humility and customer service.

Grand junction Subaru and the staff in the shop never ever fail to deliver excellent service. Their attentive, care about what your problem is... Knowledgeable expedient and getting the info and moving on with the process if a repair is necessary.... Excellent representation of Subaru's standard of excellence. Shopper personnel at the Grand junction facility should be recognized for their continued courtesy and true excellence in action... They're the best of the best! Wouldn't go to any other shop!

We called and needed a wheel alignment. I asked I they could get me in the same day, and have it repaired the same day since we were from Moab. They happily agreed, and the repair was performed very effectively.

Wonderful service. I had an oil change with my 2023 Crosstrek, and I was in and out pretty quickly. Trinidy was and is exceptionally helpful and a pleasure to talk to. She is very detail oriented and is willing to make sure my experience was great!

I brought my car in for routine maintenance and was sent a video of the inspection where I was able to see my filters (that desperately needed changing) and the overall health of my vehicle. A couple of recommendations were made and my Subaru was completed in a timely manner even with the extra work performed. I was also happy to have been able to save some money with the coupons I received in the mail. Every person I interacted with was extremely friendly as well.
