Flip -the dealer who helped us- was great. We found the vehicle we were interested in online and showed up to test drive it. He offered to show us other cars and when we declined he didn't try to upsell us, he just asked for what he needed and started drawing up paperwork. He was very friendly and one of the least aggressive car dealers I've ever gone to.
