Always a pleasure I have been a loyal client of Grand Illusions ever since 2000. It has became much better after the new ownership in 2003. I have watched this salon grow from an "old lady blue hair" salon to a modern and beautiful setting. Who ever wrote about the "nails" is completely LYING because they have not had a manicurist in this salon since 2000, so you should do your research first before you present your LIES. Thank you for making every experience fantastic!

Grand Illusion - Poor Customer Service I once used to have my hair done by the owner, Anita, for quite awhile. One time I made an appointment for the following Thursday to get my hair done, the girl who answered the phone took my appointment. When I called that Thursday morning to confirm, the owner told me that I did NOT have an appointment that day and she could not see me. I was annoyed to say the least, and never went back. very good stylists that can work magic on your hair I have very long hair and some stylists really dont know what to do with it. The stylists here help me to select different hair styles that let me keep my hair long. They do such a good job that their business keeps them booked for weeks ahead of time. Highly recommended. PROS: experienced, helpful, creative CONS: very very busy
