Do not trust what you see on this website. I've attached a photo of what I mean. They make you believe that you'll get this $400 credit to offset the cost of the room. In reality, once you sign up and finally get the credit card, they tell you that you just have to spend more money to get the $400. Classic bate and switch. Furthermore, the resort said to talk to World of Hyatt, World of Hyatt said to talk to Chase, and Chase said to talk to the resort. I have a feeling that the service is going to be just as bad. This property is a bit expensive but well worth the price. It's a beautiful place and we experienced great, friendly service.
