For both of our recent stays through the Dallas Fort Worth Airport, we were very impressed with the Grand Hyatt. The excellent concierge service available by texting was extremely convenient, and every staff member we ran into was welcoming, professional, and helpful. The food was great, and we really enjoyed the rooftop pool and time in the sun while still in transit. The steam rooms in the fitness center locker rooms were a surprising treat. Stayed here on an overnight layover. Rooms were excellent; clean, large and quiet. Room service, was prompt, tasty, and hot. I highly recommend the market salad with grilled salmon, all prepared perfectly. This hotel was picked for the location at the airport but it felt elegant and relaxing rather than just another airport hotel.
