Great hotel! If your flight departs from Terminal E, you'll take the shuttle bus to it so plan for a little extra time. Service, room and restaurant were all fantastic.
Stayed for a convention. As always the hotel staff are friendly and efficient. Only down side to this hotel is that iFratelli is the only place that delivers because the hotel is literally in the airport.
Solo tuve poco tiempo en el hotel debido a que mi vuelo se atrasó y solo llegué a dormir. A simple vista y en lo general, todo estaba muy limpio, eso lo agradezco mucho pues los hoteles de aeropuertos me dan muchas ansias por el tema de limpieza. Las habitaciones están remodeladas y mi habitación en el quinto piso tenía una vista directa al runway...espectacular! Las almohadas y toallas de muy buena calidad. Yes, it's convenient and a true (higher standards) Grand Hyatt in every sense but it's the service here that really shines. I had a couple of issues but they were handled so very well. Staff understands their guests may already be in travel stress mode and this hotel can be a refuge.
