Checked in got to room to eternal jack hammering from above a note on the bed stand saying sorry for the noise and a set of earplugs ..are you kidding me ???? Never in my life and it’s going until 6 pm !!! If you are going to jackhammer leave the floor below it empty at least !! Never again
Imagine our surprise to learn upon checking in there is zero food service available. Would have been nice to get a memo at least!! Now we either have to walk over to Terminal C to the Hyatt there, or get room service. This hotel is so poorly managed always!
We enjoyed our short stay here. The staff is wonderful, the rooms are very nice, and most importantly, it made the start of our vacation easy as we didn't have to fight the traffic or airport construction on the morning of our travel. We live local, and this hotel fulfilled our needs immensely. We will definitely stay here again before our vacation starts.
Don’t stay here while under construction!
Excellent hotel for fly-in fly-out accessibility.
