We had a great experience with Alexis today, who came recommended to us, and we are so glad. She walked us through the process seamlessly while showing all of the options and guiding us through the minutiae (like which grout colors would look well and color schemes). Clean with many options to customize your home, L. T. was very helpful and knowledgeable
Our experience was disappointing with Grand Home design studio: 1/ Series of decisions were forced without giving enough time. 2/ What is shown in model home is not available as design option. For example, KitchenAid cabinet microwave 3/ Everything is way above market price 4/ Did not share details on available options
Horrible customer service!!! Can someone please contact me ASAP. It's been almost a 2.5 years and still things from the inspection report have not been taken care of. They stall and stall and stall till you give up following up. Good luck getting any timely responses! I have all email documents to prove it. Then they close the job without fixing the issue.
