The office staff and maintenance are quick to respond with any issues, they host fun social activities every month, and it’s in a super convenient location. Also love the all the perks and amenities included: 2 pools, tennis courts, dog park and spa, fire pits, gym, and more!
I LOVE living at Grand Highlands! Beautiful scenery and interior apartment. Quiet, kind community and staff. I love the location as it is close to a Publix, gas stations, Overton Park, and my favorite - Magic Muffins!
I highly recommend Grand Highlands! The property is beautiful, my apartment is stunning - full of high quality craftsmanship. I love the valet trash & package concierge service. I love the fire pits available around the complex. I love my balcony facing the woods and the large storage closet. At a time in my life of starting over again at 50, the office staff worked with me all the way to get me into my new home. I am very happy here and I would definitely recommend living here!
An amazing place to live! I moved from New England to Alabama, and without knowing the area, I had no idea where to live. I am so fortunate that I found Grand Highlands. The living space is just what I needed and amenities like the pools and gym are convenient and nice to have. I also took advantage of some of the social/community gatherings that were available. We moved in right before Thanksgiving. The office staff is amazing! I love my apartment the granite counters the stainless steel appliances the wood flooring. I love the fact there is always people out walking or walking their dogs or running. It's in a great area everything is super close. They come through daily picking up trash around the area to keep everything nice and clean. Not to mention it's a gaited community which gives you that extra level of security. I would highly recommend living here.
Your clubhouse is amazing! I've never seen one that is two stories.
