I've been a tenant with Grand Harbor Property Management for over 5 years. I'm happy with their services. I particularly appreciate that these folks pleasant and personable to deal with.
One of the best property management companies I’ve ever had the pleasure off working with. Property management can be a thankless job but the staff seems to do their best at tending to both the tenants and the property owners needs and expectations. They have a solid inventory of properties to lease. Give them a try!
So far I've had a very pleasant experience with this company. Summer, the leasing agent, went above and beyond to help me get my apartment. She was friendly, professional, and seemed to really care about me as a prospective tenant that turned into a tenant. My heater wasn't working and she got someone out right away. I've only just moved in but the leasing part of my move was great and I have to thank Summer for that!
