The medical providers are THE BEST! The receptionists are amazing! Highly recommend! To them, 5 stars! The billing department is horrible. I called with a question about my bill, got passed on to the insurance department and then was hung up on. They could not tell me where my payments had been applied and weren’t able to find my payment without a check number. The absolute worst service I have ever had when making an inquiry. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful. I saw Vanessa and she was a breath of fresh air. I've never felt more heard when talking about my symptoms. She was patient and took time answering all of my questions. The lab technician was also great to deal with.

Excellent providers! I was referred to Grand Forks Clinic by a friend and I am glad she did! I really like the fact that their services are all under one roof, and I've been able to do tests and labs as quickly as that same day, which is a real time saver, plus you can get quick results. I see Dr. Rabidi and Nick Woods, and have been very pleased with their professonalism. I especially like the fact that I've never felt like they're rushing to get me out of there!
