The siding was great but everything after that was a nightmare. I haven't heard from them in two months and call me to tell me if they can't get the money from the insurance that I'm liable. So after threatening me with a bill around 13k they figured it out but than tried overcharging me on my final invoice. Paid $3,500ish out of pocket. Very dishonest people.
Grand Exteriors went above and beyond on our recent roof repair and replacement. Our project manager Jesse Gritche was extremely communicative, knowledgeable and transparent, walking us through our options, costs and questions about navigating the insurance process after we discovered hail damage on our home. The installation itself was also smooth process. The crew did a great job and left our yard looking like it had barely been touched!
Grand Exteriors was awesome especially Jesse Gritche. Jesse answered all the questions I had since we had never been through a roof replacement using insurance because of hail damage that we had gotten over the summer. Would recommend to anyone that needs work done.
