They paid attention to every detail, kept the job site clean, and completed the project on time. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding, and our home looks amazing. I have been completely satisfied with my experience with Grand Exteriors. I have especially been impressed with their representative, Matt Michaels, who helped me through the process from beginning to end. The insurance claim process for my damaged roof was quite lengthy and complicated, so we sought assistance from a well respected public adjuster. I received a high pressure appointment call from this company. I told the guy that my roof was aging, shingles missing and i need a new roof but was hesitant to schedule an appointment with grand exteriors because the last roofing company that had reached out to me didn't follow through after the inspection and gave me advice on filing a claim but would follow through on a hail report but never did and I said, I don't want to set up an appointment as I have a newborn at home, a business and a full time job.
