Grand Endeavor builds a beautiful and quality home. From the engineering to the finished home, they used quality products and building practices. Our Superintendent, Felix Garcia, was on the job site regularly to keep a watchful eye on the process and met with us routinely to discuss progress, work out developing design issues and address any concerns we had about the build. He leverages his vast experience to make valuable suggestions for improved aesthetics, function, and operability. Phil is an advocate for his customers and treats each project as if it were his own home.
