Working with Grand Endeavor's was a smooth, easy, and great experience as a first time home builder. Our Superintendent, Kyle, kept us updated throughout the entire building process and expedited all of our customized needs while also being very relatable! Their quality of work, customer service, timeliness, and expertise was phenomenal! We highly recommend choosing Grand Endeavor's for first time builders!
Phil Walsh was our building supervisor and he was awesome! Any time we had any kind of issue come up, Phil had at least 3 suggestions for how to solve it before he even told us about it. He built our custom dream home for us in exactly 9 months, and we were out of state on a job contract for 6 of those!! We trusted him implicitly to get it done with the quality and expertise expected from Grand Endeavor. Our expectations were exceeded. Thank you Phil.
We recently moved into our Grand Endeavor Home and could not be more pleased with the process and end result. Much of that was thanks to our construction superintendent, Kyler Payne, who facilitated our long-distance build.
