The worst hotel stay in my entire 46 years of life! 1. This hotel is unclean. I became sick the very next day. 2. 10 days following my stay and they have yet to relinquish the $300 hold on my account.(batching issue on their end) 3. False advertising. No pool available and pictures sparkles while the real thing is dull and old. 4. Staff take zero accountability or responsibility.
