In early February I made an appointment with this office. They told me their first available appointment was the 28th. So that means February 28th……Am I right here? When I arrived today (February 28) the receptionist told me “No, your appointment is not until March 28”. She made zero attempts to correct their mistake and tried to put it on me. Why is no one ever accountable for their incompetency anymore. Bottom line…Doctor Glassman you just lost a patient because of your staff!

Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? Yes, they examined my teeth thoroughly Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while.

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Was the dental equipment clean? Yes
