This is my 3rd appointment with Dr. Rachel. She is extremely patient, very kind, and a very good dentist! She makes me feel comfortable and checks often on how I'm doing. Her explanations are very clear, concise and understandable. She always lets you know what she'll be doing, and makes sure you understand and are comfortable with the procedure. She always returns my phone calls. I am very happy to have her as my dentist! I highly recommend her and Grand Rapids Dental.

Mt first appointment as a new patient was a great experience. The staff made me very calm and comfortable. I had a crown that had fallen out. I didn't have to wait as they called me as soon as I walked in. Everyone was really nice. The facility was great and I made another appointment for a check-up and cleaning. I HIGHLY recommend this dental clinic !

GOOD DENTAL CHECK AND PLAN FOR THE FUTURE
My wife and I are new patients of Grand Rapids Dental Care due to the retirement of our previous dentist. We followed the recommendation of our dentist and have found that Grand Rapids Dental not only met but exceeded our expectations. They treated us with professionalism yet made us feel comfortable. We would highly recommend Grand Rapids Dental Care. They have state of the art equipment and knowledgeable and courteous staff.
Stephanie, a new hygenist (for me, anyway) did a great job cleaning my teeth; gentle and very personable. Dr. Hagley examined me and helped me understand why incorrect brushing action was causing discomfort on one gum. Everyone on staff is so friendly and accommodating!
