It's a clean quite place . I was just visiting my friend. I didn't see any bugs and I wasn't nervous about crime or anything I would live here if I had the chance. And they have balconies
March. 2025- they have been fixing stuff I think they even got new management they fixed the entryway step in front of the building they even added some parking lot lighting keep going don't stop earn those rent prices you have set(new photos added) Dec.2024-I was visiting friends for the first time and this place is a safety hazard lawsuit waiting to happen they also have bug problems like crazy they don't fix things in a timely manner or sometimes not at all Conlon Properties do better I know u can. Don’t move into this crack . Roach . Poor management building I wouldn’t even give it a 1 star !
I was visiting friends for the first time and this place is a safety hazard lawsuit waiting to happen they also have bug problems like crazy they don't fix things in a timely manner or sometimes not at all Conlon Properties do better I know u can. The photos of the entrance are bad enough get it together your going to hurt someone (see photos)
