I have lived at grand colony for 3 years. They have done so much work in this past year and have locked the buildings too. The new manager Courtni is very responsive and gets done what needs to be done. Courtni and Monica are a great team and I highly recommend grand colony to call home.
It's a clean quite place . I was just visiting my friend. I didn't see any bugs and I wasn't nervous about crime or anything I would live here if I had the chance. And they have balconies

March. 2025- they have been fixing stuff I think they even got new management they fixed the entryway step in front of the building they even added some parking lot lighting keep going don't stop earn those rent prices you have set(new photos added) Dec.2024-I was visiting friends for the first time and this place is a safety hazard lawsuit waiting to happen they also have bug problems like crazy they don't fix things in a timely manner or sometimes not at all Conlon Properties do better I know u can.
