My first experience with this business was very disappointing. I brought in four winter coats for them to dry clean and it came out so wrong. It almost looked like they threw them in a regular washer. After I complaint to them, it took them one week to redo it and the down materials inside are still not quite the way it supposed to be from the original shape. First iexperience is the most important. I will never go back to this dry cleaner again.

Dont use this cleaners!!!! – -5 they did a terrible job on my black coat. They returned it to me covered with white fuzz and with spots still on it. It was like they didnt even clean it . The second cleaning faded it and it still has a lot of fuzz. left on it. Find someplace that know what there doing very poor customer service.

Incompetent – If I could give them a 1/4 star I would but I can't so I will have to give Grand Cleaners 1 star...WAY MORE THAN THEY DESERVE!!!! I can't believe the incompetence and lack of customer service of Grand Cleaners on Lexington. I picked up my 100% silk dress and they had it PINNED to the hanger, RIGHT THROUGH THE DRESS! There were visible hanging straps on the dress BUT they DIDN'T use them. Now there are pin holes in my beautiful dress and they won't even cover the damage even though they CAUSED it!!!!!
