Sure it's not NY or San Francisco but for me the food at Grand China is the best in Atlanta! I worked and ate in Chinatown in NYC for many years and I know many different kinds of Chinese food from Szechuan to Hong Kong and the food at Grand China is authentic and on the mark. Only place you can get a great selection Dim Sum every day. Don't miss Grand Chinal's Sauteed String Beans, Chicken with Black Bean Sauce and Beef with Chinese Broccoli. The seafood is always fresh and I am getting hungry just writng this! Yum!

An authentic dinner – I'm pretty picky but this place blew me away! The interior was beautiful and the prices were cheap. Good place to take a date on a budget. I had some nice soup, coconut w/shrimp, I could see actual lemon pulp in it, the shrimp tasted like it was freshly caught and delivered and even the spicy chile inside was fresh, not those dried shriveled ones I see in all the other asian food I order. One of my favorite places to wind down on a Friday Night – This is one of my favorite places to wind down on a Friday night. The varied pan asian menu provides something for everyone, from soup to sushi. And although the food is casual and uncomplicated, it's still absolutely delicious. When I walked into the Grand China, I instantly had a good vibe from the atmosphere and staff. The service was fantastic because you can tell that they have been very well trained. Now onto the food... The best chinese food I have ever had! I have been to several other take-out/ dine in restaurants in search of one that put quality into their food. Real chinese taste in the food and ambience. – Have eaten at Grand China many times. The dim sum is very authentic and fresh. I lived in Asia for ten years and my Husband is Chinese. Grand China is by far the best in Atlanta Georgia. My opinion this a very good Chinese restaurant in the Atlanta Buckhead area. I have been several times to Grand China and you can find real chinese taste in the food and ambience.

The food is excellent the menu is huge. – This restaurant is the largest chinese in the city. It offers superb cuisine for a table of two. The dim sum features some unique dishes not found elsewhere in Atlanta, and the set menus for dinner (especially during special events such as Chinese New Year) are the best deal in town. Worst Chinese food! – Pls do not tell me that this is the best chinese restaurant. Food that served to me looks like can dog food, and the service was rude. I just paid my bill and go to berger king for my dinner instead. Please do not believe their rating.

Shark fin soup – Besides the fact that the service was horrendous and that the food was sub-par, I found it very disturbing that this restaurant actually offers shark fin soup.

Best Chinese in Town, hands down – Moved from NYC, have to say this is best Chinese we have found in Atlanta. The owner is wonderful and always makes you feel at home. Egg Drop soup is to-die-for...excellent sesame chicken. Believe me...we are picky as all hell...if I say this is the best Chinese...it is.
