It was our first experience coming to the Grand Central bakery. It was awesome! They even gave us a free loaf of bread because we were first-time customers� and the customer service was awesome we will be coming back soon!
Horrible customer service we had to get our money back!!! Super unhappy with this place.. I had never been then before but heard it was good unfortunately I never was able to find out. We ordered our food around 11am still were waiting for our to go order of two sandwiches at 1145. We watched as the person kept moving our order to the back and served people that came in after us. When we asked her if it was almost ready she completely ignored us Very dissapointed if I could give a 0 I would
I had breakfast here with my toddler. He had a chocolate muffin. As you can imagine, he made quite a mess with crumbs. Not only was the food and coffee AMAZING, but the staff was super kind when it came to my toddler's messy eating. As we were leaving, I asked for a broom to clean up his mess. They insisted they would handle this and found it to be "cute" and "awesome" that he loved the muffin so much! It was a great experience for us!
