I've been an owner since the first day they opened! Love this place! The HOA fees may seem steep but it pays for A LOT in utilities: Water, gas, cable, phone, Internet, trash, concierge service, A/C, and the electric bill is $50-60 a month! (And I keep my unit COLD in the summer). Not to mention the maintenance staff bust their ass keeping this place clean!
We rented here for a year. Loved it so much we are under contract to buy! Don in the Managment Office is great. Wish us luck!
Worst place ever I have lived there 4 years place leaks when you call to get anything done they have to go through the home owners association in which they will try to keep you from going to these meeting because they don't want to get anything done and go the cheapest route to fix anything always with lowest bidder not who will get the job done right and most of all management is horrible and rude.

Moved in a few weeks ago and couldn't be happier. Management is very responsive and the staff is very friendly. Love the security guards, they're always so cheerful and helpful. Elevator has never been broken in my building, apartment is great, always plenty of parking. Location is AMAZING. Close to everything but not congested. Food trucks and flicks is so much fun, and love that I can walk to Pourhouse. Only issue I've had is my gate key not working a lot, but it's minor so it doesn't bother me too much. Great place to live, clean, well maintained but too bad they can't fix the security on the 7th floor (east).
