Lived there on and off since 2010 and I have to say this is one of the best places to live in and best constructed buildings in Downtown. The court yard is the best playground you could ever wish for. Plenty of parking and inexpensive. Location wise you are within minutes of all mayor interchanges if driving anywhere far and within walking distance of multiple venues for Entertainment ... in the downtown area.
