I have been staying here for around 2 years now, it's a very comfortable place to stay. The new management is really good and attends to maintenance requests on time. The apartments are newly built and spacious, there is no issue in finding a parking either as with my previous apartment.
I'm only giving 4 stars because I don't live there yet...just took a tour today 8/1/26 with Kate. The property is beautiful, the landscaping is impeccable, the pool is gorgeous and it was evident to me they make deliberate attempts of maintaining the highest standard in cleanliness. The area is quiet and really peaceful, and KATE was a terrific hostess while showing me the property. I really enjoy living at Grand Centennial. They are very on top of maintenance, both for specific apartment issues and the buildings and grounds in general. I love the gym, coffee lounge, and pool! I want to add a specific compliment to the manager, Katie. She helped resolve an issue with timelines and professionalism. She communicated consistently to support the resolution of the issue, and I feel very grateful how it all worked out! My husband and I had a tour scheduled to view some floor plans that I had scheduled a week in advance. The lady I spoke to on the phone, stated during our tour we could see all the options based on how many rooms we wanted. Upon arrival, staff were very short, not welcoming and a bit rude. As soon as we walked in, we stood there without anyone talking to us so we decided to use the restroom because we had drove two and a half hours to tour the complex.
