My husband and I had a tour scheduled to view some floor plans that I had scheduled a week in advance. The lady I spoke to on the phone, stated during our tour we could see all the options based on how many rooms we wanted. Upon arrival, staff were very short, not welcoming and a bit rude. As soon as we walked in, we stood there without anyone talking to us so we decided to use the restroom because we had drove two and a half hours to tour the complex. Just wanted to put this out there so your staff is aware. We toured this community twice before and really had our sights set on the wakanda floor plan or 3 bedroom. We wanted to tour one last time to decide which floor plan. Twice in the past week we were completely dismissed. The first time I let it go because they seemed busy but today my sister and I were coming with money in hand to put an application in. We love living here! We've been here almost a year now, and it's been great. Kate and Johanna in the office are amazing to work with, and all of the maintenance guys are SO nice and caring! Even the cats love it when the maintenance guys have to pop in to fix something. 10/10!
