Currently on the south rim tour and Stranded in a Arizona Desert thanks to this company!!..We haven't even made it to lunch yet!! They have no remorse or positive customer service response to this but basically "Deal With it". Our evening plans will be ruined as we won't be back in time for the ticketed we purchased and we are also risking missing the Grand Canyon in daylight. I'm Having a terrible terrible experience right now
The trip to the South Rim was great. Well worth the price. Our bus driver "Frosty" was very knowledgeable, funny, and entertaining. We plan to go again!
Diabolical. The Hollywood VIP Tour was a catalogue of errors and mis-representation. Equipping a Mercedes Sprinter Van with a DVD Player is not travelling in style nor is it VIP. Do all your members of staff argue over who knows the most information?
