Tour was cancelled on the day without informing us. Waited at 610am for our pickup to south rim VIP tour which never came. Send us three confirmation emails of the tour a day earlier but did not send us anything about the cancellation. Book at your own risk
Bus trip to the Grand Canyon south. Tess, the driver was absolutely wonderful. She was very interactive and did a great job as a guide. The place that we stopped for a buffet for lunch was not great. Food was cold and flavorless and not a great selection. Since we were bus #1, we didn't have the rush of all the other busses being at the same place at the same time. Tess did a great job keeping us ahead of everyone. Overall, it was a memorable experience. However, breakfast wasn't free and lunch was not good.
Bus driver was rude and racist. Bus broke down so we didn't get to stop at the Hoover Dam, which we had paid for. Have sent a complaint but no response. Don't book with this company.
The bus had smaller seats than the airplane, food is god awful, there is absolutely nothing to look at during your 1hr stops and it's not worth 14hrs of your vacation. Do not I mean do not waist your money or time you can go your entire life never seeing the canyon.
Tour was great except for the rest stops. Food was awful at buffet and the stop on the way home was overwhelmed with the busses. Driver said the had to stop there so company got kickback. Other places were right there but we couldn't stop there. Canyon was nice and plenty of time to see a lot.
went to the Dam which was good but took 3 hrs to get back to vegas and the tour guide and driver argued on the return. Wasted a half of a day and ruined the whole tour. When I pointed this out to the company the just didnt care
