South Rim tour driver Dirk was great, the drive was long but he kept it fun and educational will do this again
Booked a tour 3 months in advanced, I called up 3 days before the tour and I was informed that that we were the only people booked on and the tour wouldn’t run. I was issued a “refund” I have been waiting two weeks now and have received nothing. 4 international phone calls chasing plus emails with no response. I got told today to call back tomorrow because the accounts department have gone home (at 12pm). Appalling customer service no wonder nobody else booked the tour! South Rim Grand Canyon. Our driver Keith was all over (and off) the road, incoherent as the day went on. We definitely hit something while on the interstate and he didn't stop. No free wifi. Keith had attitude with everyone from the start. No true tour guide information. All you can eat Buffet in Williams, AZ I wouldn't pay to eat there outside of this trip. There is no stop at Hoover Dam, and no one advised us of that change. Do yourself a huge favor and rent a car yourself. This was the worst tour we've ever been on.
I bought the 94 dollar vip tour with power plant and lake mead cruise. Both were cancelled, we basically sat on the bus longer than we toured the hoover dam. Only thing we got to go see was a 10 dollar vistor center. I called and was refunded 38 dollars. 33 for cruise and 5 dollars for powerplant tour. I am very upset at this company, wasted 5 hours of my day, i could have done this cheaper with an uber. I was going to book another tour with them this week. I will not go back. What a joke!
