Staff was nice but when I went for my first visit was hit with $98 co pay which I was told if I returned as a patient I would only have to pay $50 after the first visit well I just had my second exam and was hit with $98 and told it was because the doctor changed my contacts which my contacts always change so I found that very deceiving and sad to say but I will not be returning as a patient!
RecommendedThis was my first time going to Grand Blanc Eyes. I was very nervous since I have embarrassingly not been to have my vision tested in over 10 years. The entire staff was welcoming and set my mind at ease. Dr. Tim did a great job at explaining everything that was being seen about my vision. Afterwards the woman was so helpful helping me find a pair of glasses. She did not rush me and she was always honest. I am glad to finally find an Optometrist that I am comfortable at and won’t be waiting 10 years for the next visit.
RecommendedI took my 7 year old to have an eye exam and the staff was so friendly and good with kids. My pediatrician doc recommended this place and I am so happy she did. Great people work here!
