Staff was nice but when I went for my first visit was hit with $98 co pay which I was told if I returned as a patient I would only have to pay $50 after the first visit well I just had my second exam and was hit with $98 and told it was because the doctor changed my contacts which my contacts always change so I found that very deceiving and sad to say but I will not be returning as a patient!
This was my first time going to Grand Blanc Eyes. I was very nervous since I have embarrassingly not been to have my vision tested in over 10 years. The entire staff was welcoming and set my mind at ease. Dr. Tim did a great job at explaining everything that was being seen about my vision. Afterwards the woman was so helpful helping me find a pair of glasses. She did not rush me and she was always honest. I am glad to finally find an Optometrist that I am comfortable at and won’t be waiting 10 years for the next visit.
I took my 7 year old to have an eye exam and the staff was so friendly and good with kids. My pediatrician doc recommended this place and I am so happy she did. Great people work here!

Dr. Matt is great! He took the time to explain everything that was going on and addressed and eye health concerns he had, he explained it until I fully understood. Thanks Dr. Matt & everyone & Grand Blanc Eyes for giving me another great experience with my difficult eye exam.
