Awful experience from start to finish. If you are traveling to the Miami beach area I would exhaust all other hotel options before looking to book here. The room that was rented was advertised as an ocean view room and booked in advance stating no additional fees or taxes. Unortunately none of that was the case and management/front desk had zero intention of reconciling the issue. Amazing hotel with the best service. Michael Angelo at the front desk took care of all my needs. The room was spacious and clean. The pool area was perfect with so many private seating areas. We especially enjoyed the adult only roof top pool. Will definitely be coming back and will tell all of my friends/family to come too
I would not recommend this hotel. They told me they “found” my reservation but in reality they charged me again for a whole new booking. That already shows dishonesty. On top of that, the room itself was not maintained: the toilet seat was loose and the bathroom ceiling was peeling, I told the front desk and nothing was done. For what they charge, this is unacceptable. There are plenty of better options nearby—avoid this place.
