Nice hotel, but in desperate need of maintenance. Both showers in our original room were broken and we had to wait for a few visits from the technician before they switched us room. Only one elevator was working at times, taking 10 minutes to get up to room. Worst is that the hot tub caused bad rashes and bleached clothing. The hotel is completely unapologetic and feels it's your responsibility to help them maintain the facilities.
