This place is one big fat disgrace !!! Do not stay here ! They up their prices on yeshivah week and they don’t keep up to their standards ! $770 a night and have yet to get cleaning service for 3 days ! We checked in and the room was complete filth ! The front desk doesn’t answer their phone ! They don’t even care ! This is robbery ! Do not stay here and save your money . I will post a picture of hair in the drain from the moment we checked in ! It’s now 3 days later and still here !
Our stay at this hotel was mediocre for many reasons but the poor overall rating is because they had an error in our folio which we caught at checkout and they corrected it for us only for the accounting dept to reverse the correction and charge us $111 2 weeks after our stay. That was a month ago. I sent them a copy of the bill to show them their error and I have been trying to get a response. So far only one reply saying that there was money owing. Horrible. No amenities. The pool has no sunlight as it is crammed between two hotels. The market is a rip off. Service is bad and extremely slow. Don’t stay.
This room was advertised for four people, but it is clearly not suitable for that capacity. The space is very small, there is no full-size closet, and there is no luggage rack or proper place to store bags. The room was not clean upon arrival. Attempts to contact the operator went unanswered, which is frustrating when issues need to be addressed. The pillows are extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to rest. This is our favorite hotel in Miami because of the proximity to restaurants on Harding Street and its beachfront. The service staff (doormen, housekeeping, bartender, beach staff) are very nice. Unfortunately the management has gone downhill. One elevator has been out during our stay, the front desk is understaffed, and our premium oceanfront room wasn't cleaned. Any further decline and we'll look elsewhere.
