They went from working well with us when we moved in on 2014 to they were finding way to get us to move out by taking us to court. We were too old for them, tired of us not sending the rent check 2 weeks in advance, and being on a fixed income. Not any complaints from other renters and even did snow removal in front our building and we did a lot repairs in the apartment and never requested to be paid back. Immaculate, well-insulated & well-designed townhomes. Maintenance is personable & on-the-ball with mowing/plowing, etc. Professional management & reasonable rental rates too!
Okay price, and nice looking place, friendly maintenance, but that's where it ends. Heavy drug use in the area...witnessed multiple occasions. Nothing gets done about it. Be prepared to kiss your deposit away upon moving. Don't bother doing basic repairs, they'll charge you anyway, even things you aren't there for. And their carpet deposit? Yeah, they're still going to charge you on top of that. There for several years, so there is a expected degree of wear and tear, yes?...You're going to pay for it.
