I have terrible anxiety when it comes to the dentist and Dr. Dowden is amazing. She explains everything and is the best dentist I have ever been to.
Everyone is always pleasant, helpful and understanding. They really care about your comfort! I recommend to people all the time, keep up the great work!
My husband Tom needed a dentist since we moved here from Colorado. He made his appointment and was very impressed with Dr Ellie Dowden. He suggested that I go there too as I would certainly like it. I had my appointment for an exam yesterday, Friday the 20th at 4:10 and it was great! They are all so caring and they really listen to your concerns. Everyone at the office is really nice and also Holly, Dr Ellie's assistant. They are the best...I give them 10 Stars!!! Thank you to everyone there!! Dolly Schley
Grand Ave Dental does not allow customers to conceal carry. With 300,000+ permit holding CCW WI residents, that is a lot of potential customers you are potentially turning away. You may want to rethink your non compliance with WI CCW Law and allow customers to protect themselves. Concerned customer.
I had some major work done yesterday! A lot more then an average visit. This was my first time there though actually getting work done but I must say I wish had gone there prior! Excellent all the way around from walking into the office to the procedure being done to leaving. Recommend them to everyone and since I have 8 children they will now be my go to dentist!
I'm really at a loss for words as to my experience here. Professional and OUTSTANDING to say the least. The ENTIRE staff is so awesome!!!!! You guys rock!!! I HIGHLY recommend Grand Avenue Dental to anyone!!!!!
The staff is amazing! Literally there's not one bad thing I have to say about their business. I just had an extensive cleaning done,and my teeth feel great. Dr. Bowen and Laura are wonderful people who do a fantastic job. I highly recommend Grand Avenue Dental Care. Thank you to the kind hearted staff, and especially Dr. Dowden and laura. :)
