We ordered a dishwasher from Grand Appliance and TV in Brookfield, WI. They did not show up on delivery day, nor did they call to explain or reschedule. We finally got a hold of someone who said the product was backordered, and that the sales lady would return our call. Nope. No call that day or the next day or the morning after that. So we called and canceled the order, talking to a person who didn't ask why we were canceling. Just canceled. So strange.
