RecommendedYou just cannot find the type of customer service that this place provides. Jason was able to help me find the parts I needed with little description, and even offered to video chat with me to make sure that I installed the parts correctly! I really don't understand why anyone would shop anywhere else?! Keep up the great work guys!

oh my gosh Jason is so nice and so knowledgeable. As a woman carrying in a part he looked grabbed one and tested the other part. i never said a word. Also informed me if the part didn't fix it we would need fuse. Then he felt bad when i came back the next day for the fuse so discounted it. Jason is old school somewhat of a lost art. Thank you so much
Had issue with the dryer not igniting/flaming on. I went down to Kenosha Appliance Parts to look for the correct parts. I explained to Jason the issue of what was going on and he immediately knew what parts to get and explained to me on how to install the coils correctly. Jason told me to call back if I had any other issues or if the coils were not the problem.25$ and out the door I went. I changed the coils and now the dryer works! Saved me a lot of $$!!
