We have been going here for years. The owner, Dan, is the best . He never pressures you into buying. Even if you go in there to buy something, he will tell you how to troubleshoot what you have that broke! Can anyone name a sales person that will do that? We have saved us a fortune, I'm sure. I would never go elsewhere!
Was disgusted to be fighting with a technician to tell me why my refrigerator doesn’t keep my food cold was in the way we arranged are food. He didn’t even used one tool to look inside to see if it doesn’t have a real problem. The whole time kept his hand full with his clipboard no wanting to fix nothing but lecture me about airflow. But he had the nerve to go back to work and complain about my home what he should of told his boss he doesn’t want to work and do his job. My visit at Lucy’s Appliance was very rewarding. I was there during their July 4th sales promotion. Dave Lucy attended to me. He carefully listened to my needs and directed to me to the best appliances at a great price. Dave’s knowledge of appliances is phenomenal. His patience made my experience fun and less stressful. I highly recommend Lucy’s Appliances for their vast selection, great prices and friendly service.
