Can't express enough how horrible the overall experience has been with them and GE appliances. We purchased the cafe series, around $11,000 in total appliance purchases. When they came to deliver everything they didn't have the same pieces we were told would be delivered. Ok fine, but the delivery team left a huge mess, couldn't get the dishwasher to work, didn't leave any manuals, and hooked up the fridge wrong.
