I am very disappointed with my service call. I called to have my sprinkler system serviced and set up an appointment for a Wednesday. I get a call a few minutes the day of the service call from the owner’s son telling me it will be cancelled and moved to Thursday. I call Thursday 30 minutes after the agreed upon time and the owner tells me ‘You didn’t get a call from my son?’ Needless to say, they cancelled again without giving me a reason and wanted to move it to another day.
