Friendly Staff!! I came by Grenada Villas today to look into renting a 3 bedroom for myself and my family. I really have my heart set on washer and dryer hookups, so unfortunately I wasnt able to bring myself to apply. However I felt compelled to write a review based on my experience. Flexiblity is the key to a place called HOME I have to say in the beginning, walking on this property it was clean and organized. The staff was friendly and helpful. What makes this place interesting is the flexibility when renting. You can rent from 2months-13 months and depending on the move in date is what keeps your rent on the low end. But beware you only have 24 hours to decide before the rate changes.
